What we believe
Our Mission Statement
We are a Baptist Church belonging to the West of England Association of Baptist Churches (WEBA) and the Baptist Union of Great Britain.
At Stockwood Free Church we believe:
- in one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit
- that Jesus Christ, the Son of God was born, lived and died for the forgiveness of individual sin
- that he was raised from the dead and has now ascended back to heaven
- that through faith in Jesus, individuals can become part of the family of the living God
- that the Holy Bible is the authoritative word of God
